If you have a disability or medical requirement it is always recommended that you mention this at time of enquiry, this allows us to ensure that we source suitable destinations and accommodation for your needs.
Airport operators within the EU have a responsibility to assist anyone with a mobility or disability during their time at the airport. This includes intellectual disability or impairment, age or any other cause of disability. The airports will signpost designated points for customers with reduced disability.
Airline assistance can be provided to disabled customers and customers with reduced mobility. Please contact us prior to booking and our travel consultants will confirm specific arrangements with your flight provider.
Assistance offered includes :-
- Assistance on/off the aircraft
- Assistance moving to/from seats on the aircraft
- Providing use of the on board wheelchair
- Assisting with hand luggage on board the aircraft
- Assistance with transportation of medical equipment
Please note that customers with reduced mobility will NOT be able to sit in an exit row seat
Adapted rooms or walk in showers are subject to request at time of booking.
Our suppliers will try and accommodate all customers and their luggage/equipment on transfer coaches but there are restrictions due to the type and accessibility of vehicles that are available in various countries. This does mean that alternative transfer arrangements may have to be organised. If you are unable to climb the coach steps we would recommend booking a private transfer and if you are taking a scooter or electric wheelchair we would recommend you book a taxi as most destinations are unable to take this equipment on coaches
